Summary

Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance fullstack applications that power modern digital customer experiences. This role combines hands-on engineering leadership across frontend and backend systems with a strong focus on scalability, security, and innovation in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components using modern fullstack technologies
  • Build responsive and high-performance web applications with a strong focus on user experience
  • Collaborate with UX designers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Implement secure, test-driven, and performance-optimized code across the SDLC
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously improve system reliability and performance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience building large-scale applications in cloud or hybrid environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with fullstack development including frontend and backend systems
  • Proficiency in React.js, Java, JavaScript, and Node.js
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, and micro front-end architectures
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or developer copilots
  • Experience with NoSQL and relational databases, caching strategies, and message streaming platforms
