Job Description

Summary

Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of mission-critical software systems supporting national security SATCOM initiatives. This role contributes to application reliability, security, and operational excellence within a collaborative engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance the NS4R software application, including database updates, security upgrades, and feature enhancements
  • Provide user help desk support, manage user accounts, and assist with data validation and troubleshooting
  • Perform system backups, configuration control, and operating system and database patching
  • Support cloud infrastructure management within DISA MilCloud environments
  • Collaborate with government and engineering teams to address security requirements and system issues

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
  • 2+ years of experience with Angular, Java, Microservices, Docker, VMWare, or related technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Angular, Java, Microservices, Docker, DISA Stratus, or VMWare
  • Experience supporting SATCOM systems
  • INCOSE CSEP or ESEP certification

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday, day shift, occasional travel up to 10 percent.
