Job Description

Summary

Lead the design and delivery of scalable full stack solutions supporting a global payment network. This role drives complex technology initiatives, mentors engineering teams, and leverages modern cloud and microservices architectures to deliver secure, high-impact financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full stack development initiatives across distributed microservices and cloud-based platforms
  • Collaborate with product managers to deliver scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant solutions
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices and technology communities
  • Design, build, test, and maintain applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies and improve system performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Strong experience with full stack development and microservices architectures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience with JavaScript, Java, Go, Rust, or similar languages
  • 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Experience with open source frameworks and Agile development practices
