Job Description

Summary

Our client is seeking a UI/UX Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for digital products, ensuring intuitive user experiences, high-quality visuals, and strong collaboration with engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive UX/UI design initiatives from concept through final delivery.
  • Conduct user research and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready assets.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system for brand and platform consistency.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
  • Present work, rationale, and user-centered insights to stakeholders.
  • Advocate for usability, accessibility, and design best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX, Interaction Design, Product Design, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional UI/UX or product design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped or production-ready digital experiences.
  • Proficiency in Figma and industry-standard design tools.
  • Experience with motion/animation for enhanced storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
