Tapestry BI Analyst

Job Description

Summary

We’re looking for a Tapestry BI Analyst who can support a new Epic Tapestry implementation. The role focuses on building scalable reporting, enhancing data workflows, and partnering closely with operational and technical teams. You’ll play a key role in interpreting requirements, designing BI solutions, and ensuring data quality across Tapestry-related domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts for Epic Tapestry using Clarity, Caboodle, and Cogito tools.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting and analytics.
• Build and optimize data models to support operational, financial, and revenue cycle reporting.
• Work with cross-functional teams to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and improve reporting accuracy.
• Support the design and deployment of BI solutions throughout the Tapestry implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Epic analysts, application teams, and business stakeholders during onsite weeks.
• Ensure compliance with organizational data governance, quality, and security standards.

Required Qualifications

• Caboodle Data Model
• Clarity Data Model
• Revenue Data Model
• Cogito
• Strong hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry BI work (reporting, modeling, extracts, analytics).
• Solid understanding of healthcare payer or managed care data flows, including claims, benefits, enrollment, provider data, and revenue processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience working in Clarity and Caboodle environments.
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical teams.
• Comfortable working onsite for one week each month during active implementation phases.

Compensation & Benefits

$75 – $90 per hour, aligned with market standards.
Health benefits, PTO, remote flexibility (varies by client).

Work Schedule

Hybrid role with 25% travel.
Monday–Friday, flexible hours, onsite one week per month.
