Sr Robotics Analysts
Job Description
Summary
This role develops business requirements for RPA and RDA projects and ensures system specifications align with project needs. The position supports development, testing, and administration of robotic and AI workforce systems. The analyst works independently and reviews work from junior robotics professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Document detailed business requirements aligned with project objectives and lead research on requirements
- Define and document technical and systems requirements supporting business needs
- Participate in implementation and operational duties including systems integration testing and communications
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and quality control testing for modified and new systems
- Partner with stakeholders and business integration to gather and create requirements, specifications, and reporting solutions
- Collaborate with database development teams to update database attributes and implement end-to-end data solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three or more years of experience required and five or more years preferred
- Experience with Automation Anywhere coding
- Experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies
- Experience with project management
- Ability to work independently and review work of lower-level robotics professionals
