Summary

Our client is seeking a Sr Lead Software Engineer to lead complex engineering initiatives, drive modernization efforts, and oversee the design and development of cloud-based, full-stack solutions supporting enterprise regulatory needs. This role involves architecting scalable systems, mentoring engineering teams, and contributing to enterprise technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple development teams delivering distributed microservices and full-stack solutions.
  • Guide architectural decisions, best practices, and emerging technology adoption.
  • Collaborate with product teams to deliver cloud-native applications improving user experiences.
  • Utilize JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, and modern databases.
  • Support development using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and related cloud services.
  • Mentor engineers and support Agile delivery across teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 6+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 1+ year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with modern programming languages and distributed systems.

Tech Stack

JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, AWS, RDBMS, NoSQL.
