Job Description

Summary

The Sr. Java Developer / WebLogic Administrator supports complex enterprise applications through Java development and WebLogic administration. The role includes middleware operations, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and delivering technical solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform WebLogic installation, configuration, patching, updates, and production troubleshooting
• Support Java/J2EE development including Struts, EJB, REST APIs, and microservices
• Develop block diagrams, logic flow charts, and translate designs into software
• Test, debug, and refine applications to meet functional requirements
• Prepare program-level and user-level documentation
• Enhance software for performance and efficiency improvements
• Provide technical direction to development teams to meet deadlines
• Analyze functional business application requirements across finance, accounting, logistics, personnel, and related domains

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years specializing in WebLogic administration
• Hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, WebLogic, WebSphere, Microservices, Oracle, PL/SQL, and JIRA
• Experience with REST API development and middleware troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience developing solutions for large-scale database systems
