Summary

The ServiceNow CPQ Solution Architect leads the design and delivery of end-to-end quote-to-cash solutions. This role owns solution architecture for complex product configuration and pricing, partnering with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-impact CPQ implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for ServiceNow CPQ implementations integrated with Logik.io
  • Define target architecture, integration patterns, and data flows across CPQ, CRM, billing, and ERP systems
  • Design complex configuration, pricing, and rules models including bundles, options, constraints, and approvals
  • Establish and enforce best practices for CPQ architecture, performance, security, and governance
  • Lead fit-gap analysis, solution workshops, and technical design sessions with business and IT stakeholders
  • Create and review solution design documentation, configuration workbooks, integration specs, and test plans
  • Guide configuration and development teams across ServiceNow workflows, data models, and UI components
  • Oversee end-to-end testing including unit, system, UAT, performance, and production cutover
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Finance to translate commercial models into CPQ solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor on quote-to-cash process improvements and platform roadmap
  • Define design standards, conduct solution reviews, and provide architect-level production support

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise application or SaaS implementations
  • 4–5+ years of hands-on experience with CPQ platforms such as ServiceNow CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, or Oracle CPQ
  • 2+ years of experience architecting or implementing advanced configuration engines such as Logik.io
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Order Management, CSM, ITSM, FSM, or Telecom modules
  • Deep understanding of product catalog modeling, configuration rules, pricing methods, and approval workflows
  • Experience integrating CPQ with CRM, billing, ERP, and payment systems
  • Strong skills in data modeling, REST APIs, JSON, and scripting
  • Proven experience leading solution architecture in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and influence senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior hands-on implementation with ServiceNow CPQ and Logik.io integrations
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS, subscriptions, renewals, and complex pricing models
  • Familiarity with quote-to-cash ecosystems such as Zuora, NetSuite, SAP, or BillingPlatform
  • ServiceNow certifications or formal CPQ-related training
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments using tools such as Jira or Confluence
