Job Description

Summary

Senior Manager responsible for leading enterprise network engineering functions and strategic initiatives. This role provides leadership across teams to design secure scalable network systems while aligning technology execution with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design maintain implement and troubleshoot enterprise network systems.
• Configure and manage network hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure network security integrity and availability through proactive monitoring and controls.
• Lead multiple operational teams through subordinate managers and provide strategic direction.
• Drive business process improvements through technology solutions and automation.
• Develop and execute strategic and operational plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee budgeting forecasting and cost optimization for network initiatives.
• Support executive leadership by translating strategic vision into operational execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education training or experience.
• Ten to fifteen years of relevant experience with six or more years in management.
• Expert level knowledge of network engineering and enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence senior executives vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
