Job Description

Summary

The .NET Backend Developer contributes across the full software development lifecycle, delivering reliable and high-quality backend solutions that support scalable, user-centric web applications. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and deploy systems that enhance operational efficiency and real-time capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend and full stack web applications using .NET and C#.
  • Collaborate with product managers, service engineers, and software engineers to define and implement features.
  • Ensure seamless integration between web applications and backend distributed systems.
  • Support real-time monitoring, control, and reporting capabilities within applications.
  • Contribute to extensible system designs that emphasize scalability, maintainability, and user experience.
  • Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Drive initiatives from concept through implementation, including defining business needs and supporting feature delivery.
  • Promote team values including engineering excellence, curiosity, inclusivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience developing backend or full stack applications using C# and .NET.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building reliable and efficient systems.
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional development environments.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with modern technology trends.
