MS Power Platform Developer

Job Description

Summary

Design, implement, and support automated procurement and accounting workflows using Microsoft Power Platform. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance through scalable automation solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful, onsite solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation strategies aligned with departmental procurement and accounting goals
• Configure and develop tools to automate purchase requests, invoice processing, approval routing, and audit tracking
• Ensure data standardization, validation, and compliance across workflows
• Provide training, documentation, and change management support to drive adoption
• Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to continuously optimize workflows

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience building solutions with Power Apps including canvas and model-driven apps
• Proficiency in Power Automate for approvals, notifications, and data integrations
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL for data storage and retrieval
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear training and documentation
• Ability to work onsite in Philadelphia, PA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Familiarity with procurement and accounting workflows, particularly in public sector environments
• Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
• Background supporting change management, user adoption, and transition planning

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday, onsite schedule, contract duration of approximately 2 months.
