Manager, Solution Architecture (Data Architecture)

Job Description

Summary

The Manager of Solution Architecture will define and lead holistic data architecture strategies that strengthen alignment between business objectives and enterprise data platforms. This role owns architectural design, strategic data roadmaps, and cross functional collaboration across complex technology ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture design for multi platform and cross platform data solutions.
• Own data architectural design decisions and long term data architecture roadmaps.
• Conduct trade off and impact analysis for complex and hard to change technical decisions.
• Drive data standardization, governance, and alignment across the data ecosystem.
• Represent architectural solutions in architecture review boards and senior leadership discussions.
• Partner with product, delivery, and technology leaders to influence strategy and execution.
• Serve as the primary architecture point of contact for delivery teams and peer architecture groups.
• Continuously evolve architectural approaches as business and technology needs change.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least four years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technology solution design.
• At least two years of experience creating solution architectures in a public cloud environment.
• Proven ability to lead and influence technical decisions at enterprise scale.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
