Job Description

Summary

Lead Software Engineer, DevOps responsible for driving cloud-native DevOps strategy, leading complex platform initiatives, and enabling scalable, secure, and reliable systems. This role blends hands-on engineering with technical leadership to support large-scale digital transformation and regulatory-driven platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of DevOps solutions supporting machine learning platforms, distributed microservices, and full stack systems.
  • Guide engineering teams through architecture decisions & automation strategy.
  • Operational excellence while mentoring developers and promoting DevOps best practices.
  • Partner closely with product managers to deliver resilient cloud-based solutions that improve customer experiences and platform reliability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least four years of DevOps engineering experience and four years of Unix or Linux system administration experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience with cloud native technologies including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proven ability to work in collaborative, fast paced environments supporting enterprise scale systems.
