Summary

Our client is seeking a Lead Onshore Full-Stack Developer to guide development efforts, oversee offshore teams, and contribute hands-on to high-impact software initiatives. This role focuses on full-stack development using React.js and Java Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and modern DevOps practices within a dynamic engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage offshore development teams to ensure consistent, high-quality code delivery.
  • Evaluate, hire, and mentor offshore developers to build a strong technical foundation.
  • Contribute directly to full-stack development initiatives, setting coding and architectural standards.
  • Conduct detailed code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery of all offshore work.
  • Align technical direction across teams to maintain architectural integrity.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
  • Expertise in React.js for frontend development and Java Spring Boot for backend services.
  • Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
  • Experience with cloud computing, DevOps methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD).
