Job Description

Summary

The Kofax Developer will design and implement enterprise document management and content management solutions. This role focuses on building automated capture workflows, system integrations, and scalable information processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom Kofax workflows, data extraction models, and document processing solutions.
  • Automate document capture, classification, extraction, and routing for structured and unstructured data.
  • Integrate Kofax solutions with enterprise systems including ECM platforms, databases, and cloud applications.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and custom code to support automation and system functionality.
  • Install, configure, tune, and maintain Kofax servers, scanners, and related components.
  • Create technical documentation including high-level designs, low-level designs, and test plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and records management requirements into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Eight or more years of experience in system analysis, design, and development of document management and enterprise content management systems.
  • Strong experience with Kofax Capture 11 and related Kofax platforms.
  • Proven expertise in record management and enterprise content management processes.
  • Strong programming skills using Microsoft based technologies and backend relational databases.
  • Experience with scripting languages and automation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with OCR, ICR, barcode technologies, and document extraction methods.
  • Experience installing, configuring, and applying service packs on application servers and clients.
