Job Description

Summary

Our client is seeking a GenAI Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and AI-driven application development. This role focuses on building advanced generative AI systems, agentic workflows, and scalable backend services in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end GenAI applications using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
  • Build and optimize agent-based AI workflows including tools, memory, orchestration, and multi-agent systems.
  • Implement and manage vector databases for RAG workflows (Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
  • Architect scalable backend APIs, inference layers, and data pipelines.
  • Integrate LLMs into production systems with strong prompt engineering and evaluation practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across data, engineering, and product.
  • Optimize performance, cost, latency, and system reliability.
  • Support frontend integrations with frameworks such as React.js or Next.js.
  • Stay current with advancements in generative AI and propose innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of software engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for backend and AI development.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Deep expertise with vector databases and RAG architectures.
  • Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience building APIs and full-stack applications (FastAPI, Flask, Node).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience deploying AI systems into production environments.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Weights & Biases, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks for GenAI UI development.
  • Contributions to open-source GenAI projects or portfolio demonstrating agentic systems.
