1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, recruitment services, and any engagement with Ignite Talent Partners as a client, candidate, or website visitor.
By accessing our website, submitting information, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

Ignite Talent Partners is a recruitment and talent advisory firm providing services including, but not limited to:

3. Scope of Services
3.1 No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we apply best-practice recruitment methodologies, Ignite Talent Partners does not guarantee:
Candidate placement
Interview selection
Hiring outcomes
Job offers
Employment duration or performance
All final hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.
4. Client Terms
4.1 Engagement & Instructions
Clients engaging Ignite Talent Partners agree to:
Provide accurate and complete job descriptions, role requirements, and hiring criteria
Act in good faith throughout the recruitment process
Notify ITP promptly of interviews, offers, rejections, or hiring decisions involving introduced candidates
4.2 Fees & Commercial Terms
Recruitment fees, guarantees, replacement terms, and payment timelines will be defined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work
Invoices must be paid within agreed timelines
Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination of services
4.3 Candidate Ownership & Introductions
Candidates introduced by Ignite Talent Partners remain under ITP’s introduction for twelve (12) months from the date of introduction, unless otherwise agreed in writing
If a candidate is hired directly or indirectly during this period, applicable fees remain payable
4.4 Confidentiality
Clients agree to:
Treat all candidate information as confidential
Use candidate data solely for recruitment and hiring evaluation
Not share candidate profiles with third parties without prior written consent from ITP
4.5 Non-Circumvention
Clients agree not to bypass Ignite Talent Partners by directly engaging candidates introduced by ITP to avoid recruitment fees.
5. Candidate Terms
5.1 Candidate Registration
By submitting your CV, LinkedIn profile, or personal information to Ignite Talent Partners, you confirm that:
Information provided is accurate and truthful
You authorize ITP to represent your profile to potential employers
5.2 No Employment Guarantee
Ignite Talent Partners does not guarantee:
Job placement
Interviews
Employment offers
Compensation levels or benefits
ITP acts solely as a recruitment intermediary and is not the employer.
5.3 Candidate Consent
Your profile will not be submitted to any client without your prior consent
You may withdraw consent at any time by written request
5.4 Candidate Responsibility
Candidates are responsible for:
Verifying job terms, compensation, and conditions directly with the employer
Conducting independent due diligence before accepting any offer
Ignite Talent Partners is not responsible for employer conduct, workplace conditions, or post-placement disputes.
6. Website Applications & CV Submissions
6.1 Website Job Applications
By applying for a role or submitting your CV, profile, or personal information through the Ignite Talent Partners website (including application forms, career pages, or job postings), you acknowledge and agree that:
Submission does not constitute an offer of employment
Ignite Talent Partners is not the hiring employer

Interviews

6.2 Use of Submitted Information

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time

6.5 Automated Processing & Technology
Ignite Talent Partners may use:
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
CRM platforms
AI-assisted screening and workflow tools
These tools support recruitment processes and do not replace human decision-making.
6.6 No Fees Charged to Candidates
Ignite Talent Partners does not charge candidates for job applications, placements, or recruitment services.
Any request for payment claiming to represent Ignite Talent Partners should be reported immediately.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
7.1 Personal Data Use
We process personal data for recruitment and business purposes, including:
CVs and applications
Contact details
Employment history and qualifications
7.2 Data Sharing
Data may be shared with:
Client organizations (with candidate consent)
Internal recruitment teams
