Job Description

Summary

This role focuses on designing and implementing generative and agentic AI solutions to automate processes and enhance enterprise systems. You will work hands-on with modern AI frameworks and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize automation scripts using Python and JavaScript to enhance system functionality.
  • Design and implement generative AI solutions using OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, and related libraries.
  • Build and integrate agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and similar tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise platforms and workflows.
  • Support testing, QA validation, and deployment of AI-driven automation solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on automation and scripting experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience working with Generative AI tools and frameworks.
  • Experience with agentic AI concepts and frameworks such as LangChain or similar.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and Node.js for integration and automation support.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating AI or automation solutions with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with low-code or no-code automation tools such as Tosca.
  • Exposure to basic QA practices and software testing methodologies.
