Job Description

Summary

The Network/Systems Engineer supports the availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise wireless network services. This role focuses on incident resolution, proactive monitoring, and continuous improvement within a mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver optimal availability and quality for wireless network services
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and use Kanban methodology to triage and resolve incidents within defined SLAs
  • Support shift lead and queue management duties to ensure efficient assignment and resolution of escalated issues
  • Perform proactive network monitoring, analysis, maintenance, patching, and documentation
  • Provide recommendations to management for continuous improvements in communication, tools, technology, and processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of IT engineering experience or equivalent commensurate experience
  • Strong experience supporting enterprise network and wireless environments
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
