Job Description

Summary

The Software Developer will design, develop, and support manufacturing system software used for vehicle interfaces and embedded environments. This role focuses on integration, customization, and testing to ensure reliable manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and test software for vehicle interfaces and embedded systems used for flashing and testing.
  • Support manufacturing plants, product engineering, IT, and internal teams to ensure system integration.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and define infrastructure needs.
  • Assist with software customization, porting, and deployment across new environments.
  • Document development activities, track progress, and communicate lessons learned.
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and resolve integration gaps across systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working with Linux operating systems and hardware environments.
  • Knowledge of USB, TCP IP, and SQL.
  • Proficiency in C plus plus development and unit testing practices.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking and documentation tools.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
