Summary

Staff software engineer responsible for designing and building a scalable digital end user experience platform that delivers real time insights across devices applications and networks. This role focuses on performance reliability and user experience while driving high impact enterprise SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable reusable and high performance software components.
  • Partner with product managers to translate requirements into well architected solutions and own features end to end.
  • Build intuitive and extensible user interfaces using modern front end frameworks.
  • Enhance existing platform capabilities while contributing to new product features.
  • Integrate automated testing into development workflows to ensure consistent quality.
  • Participate in design and code reviews focused on performance maintainability and reliability.
  • Develop and execute test strategies covering functional regression integration and performance testing.
  • Share best practices and promote a culture of engineering craftsmanship and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with eight or more years of related software engineering experience or equivalent advanced degree and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures algorithms object oriented design and performance optimization.
  • Experience building cloud native platforms with real time analytics and SaaS products.
  • Proficiency with modern UI frameworks such as Angular React or Vue.
  • Hands on experience with Kafka Flink and Kubernetes.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to perform root cause analysis across distributed systems.
