Job Description

Summary

Ansible and PowerShell Developer responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions to improve IT infrastructure efficiency and reliability. This role focuses on infrastructure automation, configuration management, and scripting across Windows based environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, and handlers to automate infrastructure tasks.
  • Design and support PowerShell scripts and Desired State Configuration resources for Windows systems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Automate system configurations, deployments, and routine operational tasks.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to automation workflows and infrastructure performance.
  • Document automation processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain repositories for Ansible and PowerShell automation assets.

Required Qualifications

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure automation or systems engineering.
  • Strong expertise in Ansible and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience automating Windows based systems and configurations.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional IT teams and support automation initiatives.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
