Summary

The Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack is responsible for leading the design and development of scalable full stack applications that support critical business and regulatory needs. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, mentorship, and close collaboration across product and engineering teams to deliver secure, high-impact cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of complex technology initiatives focused on full stack and distributed microservices systems
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, promoting best practices and continuous learning
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality customer-facing solutions
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies and modern engineering practices across teams
  • Design, build, test, and support cloud-native applications that meet performance, security, and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to internal and external engineering communities through knowledge sharing and innovation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Four or more years of professional software engineering experience
  • At least one year of hands-on experience with cloud platforms
  • Strong experience building and maintaining full stack applications
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative, and Agile environments

Tech Stack

JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, Go, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, SQL, RDBMS, NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes & AWS cloud services
