Summary

This role serves as the primary liaison between manufacturing and the electrical engineering team during new vehicle program launches. The coordinator ensures seamless integration of electrical software and module requirements into production, oversees VeSCom releases, and manages reflashed part usage to support high-quality manufacturing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between manufacturing and the electrical team for VeSCom releases
  • Ensure proper implementation of Electrical BoO elements, manufacturing requirements, and best practices
  • Manage and verify correct usage of reflashed parts in production
  • Coordinate cross-functional issue tracking and resolution for electrical software and modules
  • Provide technical guidance to support electrical system integration
  • Ensure compliance with program timing, quality standards, and safety requirements
  • Monitor launch progress and escalate critical issues with data-driven recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • Three or more years of automotive software testing or diagnosis experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, automotive engineering, or related field
  • Strong background in automotive electrical systems, software integration, and module functionality
  • Experience working in launch or manufacturing environments with a focus on quality engineering
  • Familiarity with VeSCom processes and Electrical Bill of Operations preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
