Job Description

Summary

This role supports analysis, design, implementation, and configuration of technology platforms and environments. The engineer collaborates across software and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable platform performance. The position contributes to CI/CD workflows, platform troubleshooting, and ongoing technical growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessment, development, deployment, and setup of technology platforms and environments
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows for application deployment and operations
  • Perform analysis and resolution for platform defects and incidents and escalate as needed
  • Configure, integrate, and maintain platform and service layers to ensure reliability and performance
  • Document platform configurations, integrations, and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with software and infrastructure teams to align application functionality with platform capabilities
  • Expand technical knowledge in platform engineering, CI/CD methodologies, and DevOps practices
  • Participate in foundational AI learning and guided experimentation projects
  • Define technical requirements for platform engineering assignments
  • Attend seminars and webinars to support continuous learning

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related STEM field
  • Two or more years of technology or platform engineering experience
  • Three years of platform management experience preferred
  • Five years of experience with observability tools including Elasticsearch, Datadog, or Dynatrace
  • Experience with SaaS and PaaS concepts and enterprise platform technologies
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of cloud, network, database, server, and storage technologies
  • Strong communication skills with ability to document work clearly
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and leadership capabilities
