Senior Program Specialist
Job Description
Summary
The Senior Program Specialist supports enterprise data architecture initiatives, enabling intelligence modernization through geospatial, ontology-driven, and emerging technology capabilities. This role integrates advanced data systems, enhances interoperability, and guides mission-focused technology adoption across strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply graph store, RDF Triples, location-based intelligence, AI ML, data enrichment pipelines, and GIS systems
- Provide technical, operational, and intelligence support for command and partner integration
- Support planning and execution of military exercises and operations
- Conduct briefings and debriefings related to technology integration and task management
- Create system architecture, implementation overviews, and product example briefings
- Develop and maintain project milestones and roadmaps
- Mentor, train, and advise senior leadership
- Utilize working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems
Required Qualifications
- Current TS SCI with ability to obtain CI Poly
- Masters degree or 11 plus years supporting DoD or interagency organizations
- Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems
