Job Description

Summary

Our client is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to drive the development of modern, cloud-based applications. This role leads engineering initiatives, mentors development teams, and delivers scalable solutions supporting enterprise-level digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full stack development projects across distributed microservices and cloud environments
  • Collaborate with product managers to design and deliver scalable, user-focused solutions
  • Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices in modern development
  • Utilize JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, and cloud-native tools to build robust systems
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to engineering community initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 1+ year of hands-on cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Experience working with distributed systems and microservices
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills

Tech Stack

JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, Python, Go, RDBMS and NoSQL Databases, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Tools and Services
