Summary

The UI Technical Architect will lead the architecture, design, and performance optimization of modern frontend applications. This role focuses on building scalable, high-performance user interfaces using React, Next.js, and advanced state management patterns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead frontend architecture, solution design, and code reviews across large-scale applications.
  • Drive performance optimization, improving Core Web Vitals and rendering efficiency.
  • Establish best practices for React/Next.js structure, state management, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with backend teams to optimize full-stack performance.Implement advanced caching, lazy loading, and SSR/ISR strategies.
  • Mentor development teams in frontend patterns, clean coding standards, and diagnostics.
  • Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and web performance APIs.

Required Qualifications

  • Expertise in React.js, Next.js, Redux (Toolkit/Saga/Thunk), and Context API.
  • Strong proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS.
  • Experience optimizing frontend performance using Core Web Vitals and diagnostic tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SSR/SSG/ISR rendering strategies in Next.js.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and modern build systems.
  • Experience integrating REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
  • Familiarity with frontend hosting on AWS/Azure and CDN-based deployments.
