Summary
Our client is seeking a Lab Facilities Technician to support and maintain an electronics-focused laboratory environment. This role ensures lab infrastructure, equipment, and safety systems operate efficiently to support engineering and testing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain electronics laboratory infrastructure supporting electrical, safety, environmental, and FA testing activities.
- Manage inventory, lab space organization, and general facilities operations.
- Operate and support laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and electronic loads.
- Perform data management, documentation, and reporting for leadership review.
- Support gas tank systems, water filtration systems, and general lab utilities.
- Handle calibration workflows, maintenance tickets, and equipment readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain operational continuity.
- Follow EHS protocols and ensure a safe laboratory environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in facilities operations, lab support, or related technical fields.
- Working knowledge of electronic measurement equipment and basic lab instrumentation.
- Experience in inventory management, space management, and data documentation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across technical teams.
- Familiarity with workplace safety standards for lab environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and learn new systems independently.
- Proficiency with macOS/iOS, Excel, Word, and related tools.
