Job Description
Summary
Our client is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Implementor to lead process design, workflow optimization, and platform configuration across enterprise ServiceNow initiatives. This role ensures successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions by bridging business needs with technical delivery and driving scalable process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow implementation efforts from requirements gathering through go-live.
- Document current-state processes, identify gaps, and define actionable requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Configure ServiceNow modules using out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Coordinate with developers and architects to design scalable, compliant solutions.
- Validate configurations, conduct functional testing, and support UAT.
- Manage deployment planning, data migration activities, and environment readiness.
- Support change management, user training, and adoption initiatives.
- Recommend platform enhancements and maintain awareness of new ServiceNow features.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong expertise in core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Discovery.
- Experience with ITOM, integrations, automations, and CSDM.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ServiceNow best practices.
- Experience delivering multiple module implementations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred certifications: CSA, Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD), ITIL Foundation.
