Job Description

Summary

The PeopleSoft Developer (HCM) will support complex XML-based integrations and enhance core HCM modules. This role focuses on PeopleCode XML development and technical support for HR, Payroll, and Commitment Accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance XML-based integrations using PeopleCode XML frameworks.
  • Build and support PeopleSoft HCM components across HR, Payroll, and Commitment Accounting.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot Application Engine programs.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Perform debugging, performance tuning, and documentation of system components.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM development experience.
  • Strong expertise with XMLDoc, XMLGen, XMLNode, XMLRowset.
  • Advanced PeopleCode and PeopleTools experience (App Designer, App Engine, CI, Integration Broker, File Layouts).
  • Deep knowledge of HCM data structures.
  • Strong SQL skills with proven debugging and performance tuning ability.
  • Ability to work 8 AM–5 PM PST.
