Job Description
Summary
We are seeking an AI & Automation Solution Architect Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced automation systems using make.com, n8n, Zapier, and API-driven integrations. This role focuses on architecting scalable automation pipelines, developing AI prompt logic, and optimizing workflows across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize end-to-end automation workflows using Make.com, n8n, or similar tools.
- Architect workflow logic, automation pipelines, and structured data flows for scalable systems.
- Integrate third-party applications using HTTPS APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and custom HTTP requests.
- Develop and refine AI prompts, system messages, and agent behavior logic.
- Create conversational flows for AI assistants and automated decision-making systems.
- Troubleshoot automation failures, optimize performance, and ensure reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms (Make.com, n8n, Zapier, etc.).
- Strong understanding of HTTPS APIs, request/response cycles, JSON, and authentication methods (API keys, OAuth, bearer tokens).
- Demonstrated skill in prompt engineering for chatbots, AI agents, or workflow automation.
- Ability to analyze data flows and map workflow logic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to write or modify simple JavaScript or Python scripts.
- Experience creating modular automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration and automation best practices.
