If you’re passionate about recruiting, outbound client acquisition, marketing, or talent systems, and have experience working with international clients (especially the US market), we want to hear from you.
All positions are night shift (US hours) and based onsite in Karachi, though exceptional remote candidates may be considered.
Open positions
- Recruitment Consultants — Manage full recruitment cycles for clients, source talent, run interviews and close placements. Strong client-facing skills required.
- Recruitment Associates — Support consultants with sourcing, candidate screening and administrative recruitment tasks. Great role to learn full-cycle recruitment.
- Outbound Sales (Client Acquisition) — Drive new business by identifying and engaging potential clients, introducing Ignite Talent Partners’ recruitment solutions, and managing the onboarding of new accounts. This is a client-facing outbound sales role focused on building relationships and bringing new clients onboard.
- Marketing Executives — Execute recruitment marketing, social campaigns, content and employer-branding activities across platforms. Experience with recruitment or B2B marketing a plus.
- ATS Executives — Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (setup, candidate flow, data integrity, reporting).
Quick note
Some roles prefer candidates with experience working with international clients, especially the US market. ATS roles benefit from US-market awareness because many of our clients are US-based.
